We are pleased to announce the completion of the new Silverson Silo mixer, which has now been fully installed and commissioned; the high-speed shear Silverson head transfers 22kw of pure power which emulsifies, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. This reduces particle size and quickly converts liquids and solids into homogeneous solutions.
With the addition of the silo we can now produce up to 1,200 litres of stock solution in a little under 2 hours, which will significantly increase our batch production. This new mixer will be an amazing asset to all our businesses!
